It is obtained from the classic blend of Amarone, consisting of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. After harvesting, the bunches are left to dry for 4 months, after which they ferment in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature and conclude the vinification in oak barrels enriching themselves with unique sensory nuances.
